Baseball has always been a major part in my life, I've grown up playing baseball ever since i was old enough to play on a team. I always try and be the leader on the team, i try to avoid the kids in school that cut up, or cause troubles. Coach Mike Worrell has always told me growing up as one of his players, "bad company corrupts good character" that we had to make wise choices as a person to make sure that we were hanging around good people. i have grown up playing as a first basemen, when i made it to varsity level i began to play some third base, but was later moved into the out field. Starting in left field, but eventually being moved to right field. Baseball isn't a sport of being good at one position, you need to be able to play any position on the diamond. I am fully comfortable at playing any position anywhere from catcher, to center field, although, i might not be the fastest shortstop, or center fielder, but i do give my all when i play on the diamond, i leave it all on the field. I have valued my academics, starting in 8th grade, i made the decision to go for an advanced diploma, instead of a standard, taking extra classes extra core classes, and extra standards of learning tests (sol).
