Ava Abromavage '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ava Abromavage, I live in Fairfax Station Virginia and I am Class of 2025. I have always loved softball since I stepped onto the field when I was 8 years old. This game has taught me so much and I am grateful that my family has given me so much opportunity to play.  What I appreciate most about softball is my teammates, we are sisters and we win together, lose together, we practice and play hard together,  and when we are down we pick each other up.  As teammates we compete everyday to make each other better and these friendships will always be my favorite part about the game.

As a player I am tall, fast, powerful, and athletic. I am a utility player and am comfortable in the outfield and infield. My defensive strengths are my range and strong arm. I love to throw runners out from the outfield when they try to get an extra base. At the plate I am developing into a power hitter and have an EV of over 72.  I can hit the ball the other way for extra bases and also have Home Run power. I am a good teammate and very vocal, I always remain positive on the bench and like to keep my teammate's energy up.
