Collegiate Goals and Aspirations:

-First and foremost, good solid education

-Prepare me academically, mentally and socially for adulthood

-Ability to balance school and athletics

-4 year business degree in 4 years.

-Play, contribute and be a core part of the baseball program

-Continue to be a good citizen and improve and grow in all aspects of life

What makes me a good candidate for a team:

-Athletic ability - 2 sport varsity player (baseball & basketball)

-Baseball knowledge, acumen and dedication

-Excellent Teammate.  

-love and passion for the game.

-Defensive versatility.   Catcher core position but also played at a high level in both infield and outfield primarily at SS and Pitcher

-Offensive ability - excellent hitter with power.  Good eye for strike zone and understand situational hitting.

What makes me different and sets me apart from others:

-Personality and leadership skills - A Type personality.  As a catcher, you need to take control....and EARN your teams respect.

-Competitive edge & mental toughness.  Love to battle and succeed but certainly understand baseball is a game of failure.  "its not how you throw a punch, but how you can take one"

-The cognitive aspect of the game.  Understanding, preparing and studying the tendencies, strengths and weaknesses of players....and subsequently calling a game around that.  That not only applies to the opposing hitters, your pitcher but the rest of the defensive players as well.

-Work ethic and desire to succeed (currently run my own successful (lawn cutting) business)

-Character, high integrity (do the right thing).   Attend church regularly and am part of the local Knights of Columbus.  Involved in other local charitable organizations (Women Give Back, Tin Cup Fund)

-Athletic ability & versatility.
