Ryan Parker '26 Recruiting Profile

Baseball is my PASSION! I strive each day to learn something new, strengthen my skills and become a better player.

I have just completed my freshman year of High School where I was a starter for the varsity baseball team, as well as a starter for the JV basketball team. I am a 2+ sport student who maintains a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and made the Honor Roll for the entire year. 

In 2023, I led my team in several categories including Home Runs, RBIs, Doubles and Slugging Percentage. I was honored to be chosen to the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference All Conference 2nd Team and the WV All-State Honorable Mention!! 

Playing baseball at a level beyond High School has been my goal since little league. I originally playing as a catcher in 10u, when my coaches put me behind the plate when no one else wanted to...I was the only kid who was not afraid of the pitcher - he threw fast and hard. I soon found that I have a love for being in on every play and helping to lead the team from behind home plate! As I have gotten older, my love has grown to include playing 1st base.

I will continue to work hard to achieve my goals and realize my dreams of playing baseball in college!
