Hello! My name is Sophia Moreno, and I am a dedicated junior in high school with a profound passion for cheerleading that has significantly shaped my life and character. As an all-star cheerleader, I’ve developed my skills as a main base and take great pride in competing on GymTyme Illinois' co-ed Level 5 Twist team for the 2024-2025 season. 

Our team’s relentless hard work has truly paid off, leading to extraordinary achievements in our recent competitions. We secured first place at the WSF, earning the title of division Grand Champions and a paid bid to The Summit 2025. In our second competition, Grand Nationals, we achieved yet another first-place finish. These experiences have underscored the value of teamwork and resilience, revealing that with dedication, sacrifice, and the courage to pursue our dreams, anything is within reach.

Last season, when my high school team needed a flyer for the 2023-2024 competitive season, I eagerly embraced the challenge, stepping out of my comfort zone to support my teammates and demonstrating my adaptability and commitment to our shared success. Cheerleading instills in me a sense of stability and purpose. I tackle every challenge with grit, determination, and an unwavering positive attitude. My strong work ethic, both in the gym and academically, reflects my dedication to personal growth and achievement.

I am confident that my relentless drive and commitment will positively impact the team's success and enrich our shared experiences.
