Cheerleading

As a sophomore in high school, my sights are set on my future college journey. I'm not just about hitting the books, but also hitting the mat as a cheerleader. Cheerleading is where my passion truly shines. I proudly made the varsity cheerleading team in my freshman year. My positive attitude is genuine and spreads to the team and beyond. As a tumbler and a base, I'm versatile, covering both flash and foundation. I can adapt to whatever the team needs. Our team dominated as state champions this season, outscoring every team in the state of Maryland I brought my skills as a tumbler and a base, fueled by my 9 years of gymnastics. I even finished finished 4th in the state in my first year of summer dive, joining simply to continue working on my flipping skills. 

Gymnastics

In gymnastics, my hard work and hours in the gym led to many personal achievements. In 2019 I finished as the Maryland state champion for level 5 and in multiple other seasons finished as a state finalist. In 2021 I was selected for a level 7 Maryland State Gymnastics team and was a level 8 regional qualifier during the same year. I am especially proud of scoring the second highest vault nationwide in 2019, a 9.925. 

Academics

Academics matter to me, and my 4.55 GPA shows my dedication to learning. I'm diving into a special health professions program this year, getting a head start on my dream to make a mark in healthcare. I am also enrolled in advanced placement classes as a sophomore and plan on competing for top honors throughout my high school career.
