Hi, my name is Amisha Dyapa and I am currently a junior at Simsbury High School. I started playing field hockey my freshman year of high school, and have fallen in love with the sport. Since then, I have become a member of the HTC field hockey club and have attended the College Connections camp with my team where I was accepted into the USA Futures Field Hockey program. In addition to field hockey, I ran 2 years of varsity track and field (I ran the 100m, 200m, and long jump) and play varsity golf.
Although I have only been playing field hockey for 3 years, I am a very versatile player with a strong skill set. I have also played all positions, including goalie. I hope to one day be a cardiologist so, I am looking for a school with strong academics so that I can one day pursue this career.
