Danielle Brockstein '16 Recruiting Profile

I am interested in getting a broad education in a diverse setting.  I would like to concentrate my studies in health sciences, likely either physical therapy or medical genetics.  

Beyond academics I am interested in meeting people from other walks of life, opportunities to learn outside the classroom, and learning independence.  

Playing field hockey at a high level is an important priority for me. I love the sport and the teamwork it has taught me, the discipline I have learned and the physical fitness principles which I can carry through my life.  This year and last year I was awarded the coaches award, given to one player who demonstrated leadership, optimism and character.  I was awarded MVP of the JV team last year, as well as most valuable defensive player.
