Cristian Carani '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Cristian Carani, and I’m a 2025  Center Attacking Mid from Deerfield, Illinois. I play for Pegasus FC/Deerfield High School, and I wear number 11. Academics are a top priority for me. I currently hold a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA. I excel in various subjects, including English, Spanish, and Graphic Design. I’m a versatile, trusted, and impact player on my club team. I play mostly 10 but can also play 11. Soccer is important to me because since I was a little kid and started playing, I have always loved the game, and it has been an escape from the world. I say that because when I play, I don’t think of anything but the game, and If I’m ever upset, I can play, have some fun, and forget about everything else. Through college athletics, I desire to play at a high level, compete daily, make a significant difference on and off the field, and earn a college degree. After earning a degree in physical therapy, I would like to pursue physical therapy.
