Marvin Parra '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Marvin Parra and I'm a class of 2025 outside linebacke/wr/rb from south highschool, Bakersfeild CA I want to continue playing football at the next level because I love the game and have been around the game since I was 6 years old. I've grown up in a football town, so being a varsity football player has always been a dream of mine. Now that I have accomplished that, my next dream is to continue playing after high school. Being with a team, leadership and learning how to work in a group are all essential in life, and football is a vehicle to learn these traits. Not only do I love playing football, but I also want to get a good education. I prioritize academics and want to get a degree that I am interested in and will help me down the road. This is very important to me, and I have went to the elementary schools in our town and told the kids about the importance of being a student before being an athlete. leadership is a large part of what I do.
