My name is Makena Jones, I am currently a 2023 student-athlete at South High school in Torrance, California. My position is outside back, I can also play center back. I fell in love with soccer at 4 years old, and my passion for this game still grows. Being a multiple sport athlete at South High not only makes my high school career a blast but also teaches me to be competitive, determined, flexible, and understand the balance between my social, academic, religious, and athletic life. I am determined to pursue my goal of playing soccer at a collegiate level and continue to develop as a player while also getting a good education.
