Nevin Vanderhurst '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Nevin and my main goal is to play football at college. I am extremely teachable and can easily learn new things. I also take criticism very well and adjust whenever it is necessary. I have never had a problem with gaining or losing weight. One of my biggest strengths is knowing what I could improve on for the next play, game, or season. I am a great team player and truly love the sport of football. Physicality has also never been an issue for me. I like to imagine myself as a running back with a linebacker mindset, and that is "it's either you or me." Off of the football field, I also excel. My academics are good, I currently have a 3.7 GPA and have been taking many college classes throughout my high school years. I am also on the varsity basketball team and varsity baseball team. Football has been a big part of my life for some time now, and I am looking forward to hopefully playing in college. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it to that level.
