Commitment is something that takes up time or energy, especially an obligation. I have to expect things of myself before I can do them. There is no such thing as in-between, I have to be “all-in”.
I must remember that champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character.
Every day, I ask myself, “What am I truly willing to do to be the best I can be?”
