Trevin Johnson '21 Recruiting Profile

Focus, hard work, dedication, attitude and effort define everything I do in life.  I have always taken as much pride in the classroom as I do with my athletic achievements.  I do whatever is necessary to reach my full potential as a student athlete.  Doing so allows me to stay eligible on the field, set a positive example as a team leader and be there for my teammates.

At age 6, I began playing football and never looked back.  I was a two to three sport athlete up until high school competing in soccer and basketball as well.   Now that I'm in high school, football is my main sport and has always been,  but I have also joined the track & field team and compete in the 100m, 4x100m, 200m, 4x200m and 4x400m.  

Outside of school, apart from football and track, I like to volunteer and give back to my community.  When time allows, I enjoy volunteering with Community Food Share, Special Olympics and assist in helping out with youth football camps.  Other activities I enjoy include spending time with family and friends, working out and being a teenager playing video games.   Between full time student athlete and family & friends, I also have a part time job at Dion's Pizza that keeps me busy while teaching me what it is like to be in the workforce.  

Given the opportunity to continue toward my goal of achieving academic and athletic excellence, doing what I love, would truly be an amazing experience.
