Briggs Wheatley '22 Recruiting Profile

My drive to succeed is proven through extra film, extra reps, and taking feedback from coaches to apply right away. As a student of the game I adapt quickly to make adjustments. I have a constant drive to improve and I am self motivated in doing so. This includes on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom. I will always support my teammates to help build them as individuals and as a team. This will help with our team unity and success. I have an optimistic mindset and a winning vision.

As a three sport athlete I have found that it helps to visualize plays and my success. This includes offensive passing, option, running, defensive tackles and interceptions. My desire is to help lead our team to League championships in 2020, 2021 and State championships in 2020 and 2021. My work ethic, leadership skills, and talent will allow me to be a contributing player right away. I do my part by controlling what I can and by doing the little things to gain an edge on the competition. Part of the motto of teams I have played on include: EFFORT, ATTITUDE, TOUGHNESS, TEAM. This has become part of my identity as a player.
