Deven Diaz '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'11 205 pound athlete from Oxford, C.T. I graduated from high school in 2010. I am at the University of CT and I am looking to transfer for the 2011 season. This will be my 11th season playing Football. My junior year I was selected First Team All Conference, and in the State Lifting Competition I placed 1st in Bench, Power Clean, and All Around. I attended the National Underclassmen Combine in April where I received the Strongman Award and I was invited to the Ultimate 100 Camp. At that Camp I received the Skills Strongman Award, I set a new record for the 185 Bench Press. My senior year I went 1st team all state, made the All CT Team and THe All County Team. Right now I am doing everything I can to get into the best football school division wise, that also accommodates my academic interests. I really don't know what I would like to major in. Location of the school is not an issue I don't mind traveling. I am not that picky and I can adjust to different environments quiet easily. I LOVE TO WORK HARD.
