Personal Statement
I am a very humble and talented young man trying to showcase my talents to the world. I've been playing varsity football since my sophomore year and started every game since and earned All-Region 4A honorable mention through my campaign and made 4A- All Region in Georgia and 4A Defensive player of the year. My main focus is to strive for excellence inside the classroom and on the field. My work ethic is second to none. I am the first person in the weight room and the last one to leave. While I'm in there I compete with my teammate. Competing only makes me better. I'm respected as a leader and student. I find ways to where I can be better than my competition. I'm 5'11 210 and run a 4.62 40 yard dash. Put a gameplan in front of me and I can adapt to it very quickly and can break down the film from other teams with ease. When it's clutch time, I am the person you can depend on to make the big play. When the going gets tough, I put my team on my back and encourage them not to quit. I know how to handle pressure and fight against adversity. I'm currently maintaining a 3.4 GPA and a raw composite score of 18 on the ACT. I constantly watch highlights and criticize myself on what I could've done better on that play. Put me on the field with the best of the best and I will prove I can compete with them. I want to leave a legacy for people to remember as one of the greatest; whether it's in the classroom or on the football field. What makes me different is the willing to succeed by any means necessary. My competitive nature makes it hard for me to accept losing because I'M A WINNER!
