Montarius Proctor '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

    I hope this message finds you in great spirits. My name is Montarius Proctor. My goals are to come to your school, do well in the classroom and on the field. What makes me a great candidate for your program is my unparalleled work ethic. It was instilled in me from a early age that hard work will take me places that I could only dream about. I am a leader, I lead by example, I don’t take plays off, and I hold my teammates accountable. And when I am in the wrong they hold me accountable. I believe that’s what a good teammate is, having each other’s back. 

    What sets me apart from other recruits is that I am doing this for me, nobody is pushing me to be an athlete, this is something that I want to do for myself. My father always says, son I have been there and done that. Don’t be great for me, be great for yourself. I think the message from my father has finally clicked. I am trying to be great for me.
