If you are reading this I appreciate your time considering me as a college athlete for your team. My first year ever in football was in 6th grade. I'll be honest with you I was scared to death my first practice even though I was taller then almost everybody on the team. It just took one hit from the smallest dude on the team, for me to wake up and play the sport I dream of. From there I committed my whole life to football. I have been to more football camps and work out sessions than I can think of. If you do decide to recruit me for college I will put my heart and soul into your team just as I did to get in this position. The football field is the one place on earth where I feel free and happy from what ever problems that are going on in life at the moment, whether is that stressful math exam coming up or just family problems. When you see me on the field you'll never see me take a break from the game, because I want all of that moment I can get. Dedication is a major characteristic I carry. If I dedicate to something that means I'm gonna do it with the best of my ability. In the classroom I have been a straight A student since elementary school. I recieved honor roll all through out middle school. I am different from other athletes being recruited because others don't have that strict mentality that I do. I am strict when it comes to everything on the field. I'm a wide receiver, but I will scan the field and make sure the formation is correct before the quarter back even looks. If you want some strict dedication and commitment on and off the field at your college please consider me, Brooks Bortle!
