Personal Statement

Hello,

Welcome to my profile and thanks for taking an interest in me.  My primary goal is to play collegiate football at a high level. I'm committed to contributing my best both on the field and in the classroom. I understand that football is an opportunity, but education is a lifelong investment. My aspiration is to pursue a degree that will open doors beyond my football career.

I've been a starter since my sophomore year and captain my senior year. This experience has taught me valuable leadership skills, discipline, and the importance of teamwork. I lead by example and consistently demonstrate strong sportsmanship.

Playing as an Outside Linebacker and Running Back, I exhibit versatility and adaptability. My extensive experience in these roles has refined my skills, making me a dynamic and well-rounded player. My senior year captaincy is evidence of my commitment to the team's success.

Maintaining a high standard in academics is crucial to me. I understand the balance between sports and education, and my academic performance reflects my dedication. My role as a team captain has taught me the importance of discipline in all aspects of life.

What Truly Sets Me Apart is I possess an unwavering work ethic. I don't settle for mediocrity and continually seek ways to improve. My determination to be the best version of myself is a driving force in my athletic and academic pursuits.

Playing both Outside Linebacker and Running Back showcases my adaptability and versatility. This makes me an asset to any team, as I can contribute effectively on both sides of the ball.

I understand that football is a team sport. I prioritize the team's success over personal achievements. My experience as a senior year captain has reinforced my ability to motivate and encourage my teammates, fostering a positive team dynamic.

In summary, I am a well-rounded student-athlete with collegiate football aspirations. My character, athletic abilities, academic dedication, work ethic, versatility, and experience as a team captain set me apart from other recruits. I believe that these qualities make me a valuable addition to any collegiate football program.

Thanks for your time and interest, I look forward to hearing from you!

Regards

Jayger Damarin
