Darrell Walker '17 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing football and basketball since I was eight years old.  Football is not just a sport I play but a passion.  I believe my work ethic and desire to play at the next level has really motivated me throughout my career.  I'm not afraid of hard work,  I'm eager to learn and grow into my position and I'm a team player.  

While I look forward to playing at the college level,  my number one goal is to earn a college degree.  I'll be the first in my immediate family to achieve this goal and I know my parents will be proud.  I'm open to all possibilities and will work hard to earn the respect of my teachers and coaches.  As my father has always told me, "If you keep your word, stick to your principals and surround yourself with good people you'll succeed at anything you put your mind to".
