I have played football since 1st grade. I have developed a strong passion and love for the game. It has taught me, not only the value of teamwork, dedication and sacrifice, but also the meaning of true commitment. All of these qualities have been a strong foundation in all areas of my life including the classroom, personal relationships and building my character. Every coach I have ever had the pleasure of playing for, has always said I am very coach able and versatile. Describing me as a model player and a well rounded individual while staying humble and grounded. I know what it takes to be a leader and was elected by my peers and coaches as Varsity Football Captain this year. Being a Senior, I realize I still have room to continue to grow, learn and become stronger both mentally and physically.
Two of the most memorable moments for me, to date, have been first, winning the "Victory Bell" all 3 years of my high school career, so far, during our games with the cross town rival school. And second, winning a Sectional Championship, only the 3rd time in school history.
I have strong aspirations of going to a reputable college and earning my degree. I would love the opportunity to also play the game I have grown to love while earning my degree. One thing is certain, football will eventually end, but my passion and love for the game never will.
