Confucius once said “The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence. For me, football is that door. I love the game of football and I believe in my God given abilities. However, I do see my natural gifts as my greatest weapon. I simply refuse to lose and I push my body in order to fulfill the capabilities of my mind. I currently wake up three times a week to train and receive additional assistance from a speed trainer on the weekend. My desire is to be the most dominant defensive end/linebacker in the state of Mississippi for the 2016-2017 school year. I received recognition as an All-District and Super 22 award winner and I know this is just the tip of the iceberg. My understanding of the game has grown greatly and my film work shows the respect I receive from my opponents. My collegiate dream is to enjoy the competition on Saturday afternoons and work hard in the classrooms to earn an Engineering degree.
