Russell Turner '19 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Russell Elliot Turner and I am currently a senior at Cameron High school.  I have participated in school sports all through my school career.  Currently I have completed all 4 high school years of football, and plan to complete 4 full years of basketball and baseball.  I have lettered in each sport and have plans to continue with football in college.    I am in the National Honor Society, DECA, and a member on the student council.  I am currently earning college credits from courses in high school and actively completing the A+ program, to prepare for college.  My plans after graduation are to attend a 4-year college and play football. I would take about any offer that is given to me.  I have dreamed of playing football in college since I was a little kid. I absolutely love the sport and hope to be lucky enough to get the opportunity to play.  I do not know what field I want to study in college and what career I plan to pursue, but I plan to figure that out as I grow as a man.

Sports participation has helped me develop strong leadership qualities.  I was captain on the football team and worked hard to earn All-District Defensive Back for football. I have also learned how to be loyal and trustworthy and that has helped me be on the honor roll, NHS and DECA and earn academic letters.
