I have always loved the sport of football. I started playing flag football when I was 8 years old, and I have loved football ever since. I enjoy football because it keeps me in shape, and it inspires me to push my boundaries. Family and football have influenced me to become the person I am today. My family encourages me to be my best self, on and off the field. They support my goal of playing football beyond high school. My parents have always been there for me, and they motivate me to compete and win in life. Football has taught me to compete within a team and not just for myself. I have also learned how to set goals, and work hard to reach them. Another football lesson has been brotherhood, my team is also my family. I have learned how to compete and sacrifice for and with that family. Overall, I have learned many valuable life lessons through football, and I have set a goal to continue that journey, as far as I am able.
Academics are also important to me. I strive to maintain a GPA of 3.5 - 4.0. I have set a goal to obtain a Bachelor Degree, but I have yet to decide on a specific area of study. I prefer to attend college within a 500 mile radius of Nebraska. I understand that being a student athlete in college will be challenging and require me to manage my time. I am involved in multiple sports as well as extra-curricular activities in high school, which will help me succeed in college. I intend on pushing myself to be the best student athlete I can be.
