Leland Faughn '24 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to play football for a team and coach that is interested in me playing for them. I’m a good candidate because I am a team player. I am not a selfish teammate, and I am willing to make sacrifices for to make my team better.  I am different from some other recruits because I am willing to put in the extra effort before and after practice and also off the field with general fitness to make myself a better athlete.  I not only work hard on the field, but in the classroom also. I many take Honors, and AP classes that are recognized by the NCAA. I also take classes that will help me in collage, such as my economics, management/leadership, and marketing classes. I understand that what is learned in the classroom is just as important as what is learned on the field, I also like being on a team that has the characteristics to develop me as a man, and not just as a player.
