My goal is to play football at the collegiate level. I have been in love with this sport since I started playing in 4th grade and I want to keep playing for as long as I can. I am a good candidate for your team because I am coachable, I take in what I am told and immediately begin to implement it. I am also a good candidate because I am a hard worker and an excellent teammate. I set a good example for my teammates to follow, especially the younger teammates.
What makes me different from other recruits is that I come from a school that doesn't churn out many college football players, but that doesn't stop me. I give everything I have during every practice and every game. For example, I know how to use leverage to win against bigger guys, which helps me win battles in the trenches. I put in the time in the weight room both during the season and in the off-season. I am goal-oriented and set my own goals in the short and long term so I am constantly pushing myself to meet my own expectations. I am an honor roll student in school and I make sure to prioritize my schoolwork before most other things.
