Ryker Hughes '19 Recruiting Profile

I am Ryker Hughes and I am a student-athlete. I am a 6’0 170lb running back and have been a three year starter for football powerhouse, Morrison, Oklahoma. In my first two years as a starter (sophomore/junior year), I had over 300 carries each year and accumulated over 4,000 combined rushing yards in those two years. Over 3/4 of our games I had 30+ carries. Being able to take a continued work load week in and week out has allowed me to work harder off the field as well as competing on Friday nights. I have sure hands in traffic, giving me the ability to be split out and be used in the passing game.

Playing a multiple sports throughout my high school career has kept me balanced athletically. Along with juggling three sports I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, scored a 27 on my ACT, and I am ranked top in my class academically. Staying on top of my academics and maintaining a solid GPA is one of my top priorities.
