Hunter Spears '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hunter Spears, I'm a Senior at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, I have wrestled and played football for them all four years. The saying "Practice Like a Champion, Play like a Champion, and Live Like a Champion!"  Well, I learned from my coaches freshman year that these are not just words at my school, but they are values that my coaches and teammates embrace as we prepare ourselves on the field, in the weight room, and classroom every single day.  I strive to be an asset at any position assigned to me whether it is right or left tackle, guard, or defensive end.  It's important to me to conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field. I have learned the value of teamwork, dedication, perseverance, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I'm excited to explore a major that will position me well for law school and or business. I believe that I have the character, work ethic, drive, and athleticism to be a significant contributor to any program with respect to the school and coaches as a prospective student athlete.
