Brent Wilson '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brent Wilson and I  am a senior at Ponca City 6A school in Oklahoma. I was named all district Quarterback this season. I was All-State Honorable Mention QB and named OCA All Star Team as Quarterback this year.   I have my clips of my senior season on schedule/ press links--Please press on it to view. I have 2,747yds. and 28 TD's in passing and 612yds. and 5 Td's in rushing for 10 games.  I currently hold 13 school records. Please see link section to view from Hudl acct. or YOUTUBE LINK.  I was the starting quarterback and safety for 8th and 9th grade team and led them to Conference Champs. While playing freshman ball, I also played varsity ball as back-up quarterback and special teams.  I maintained a 4.0 while playing on both varsity and 9th grade teams.  I currently have a 3.8 GPA. I am a third year starter as Quarterback.  I was part of the Kansas VYPE 7 on 7 League Team Champion.  MY team went 7-0 in their  Kansas State Tournament this summer in a one day tournament.  I also play varsity basketball and golf. I was the lead 3 pointer in basketball the past two seasons and lead scorer this past season. I was All-Conference Player in basketball this past year. I currently lead my basketball team in scoring and assists and rebounds this season. I am looking for a school that I can gain academically and be able to play football while pursing my degree. I have earned many academic and athletic awards by being dedicated and disiplined. I feel I display leadership qualities to be a strong leader on the field to a team. My peers of 351 voted me as outstanding Sophomore  and Junior  Male Student for my leadership and character qualities.   I just won the National Underclassmen Combine MVP Overall Combine Performer.  I am a strong christian and values are important to me. I have a passion to play football and be a team leader and player. I am willing to switch positions if needed to better fit the team.
