The reason I would make great personnel for your team is because of my hard work and hustle on the field and in the gym. The continued hard work, and effort translates through the constant improvement in my strength and skill level. Additionally, my character traits respectful, responsible, kind, and humble make me an ideal athlete for your program.
The reason that I am different from many other athletes is because of my leadership skills. I push those around me to be better in academics and athletics. I also do things for my peers and teammates such as supporting and championing for them. I always try my hardest to do the right thing even when others aren't looking.
