I have been passionate about football since I was very young. I am a very hard worker, am dedicated and coachable. I am a team player, and will show up to support and encourage my team no matter what. If I'm injured, I'm there. If I'm at my best, I'm there. I will show up early and stay late. I am active year-round in a variety of sports, including football, skiing, mountain biking, running, and wake surfing. I am a good listener, and appreciate and enjoy every player on our team, building others up to also be the best version of themselves.

- I lift for stregth and conditioning, alternating between upper and lower body workouts. I also lift for agility so I am quicker off the line, and more capable on the field. My lifts include bench, squat, dead lift, dumbbell bench press, ropes, cables, free weights, pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups, and power cleans.
