Seonghoon Kim '24 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Seonghoon Kim, most people call me SK. I am from South Korea and moved to the Illinois when I was in 8th grade. Transfer to Montverde Academy in Florida in my sophomore year and transfer again to St.Mary's school in Oregon for my senior year. 
I started playing football my senior year as a strong safety. Due to injuries on the front line, I moved to linebacker and edge player and I found myself home in those positions. 
Before I moved to Oregon and started playing football, I played basketball on the CBD program at Montverde Academy, ran track, and also threw the discus and shot put. Football is a new thing to me but I have been an athlete my whole life.
I know the lack of experience on the football field is my weakness, but I think I learned a lot from my first year of football season and I want to continue learning and be the best version of myself. My primary position is Edge and Linebacker but I can be any position that teams need. I am ready to learn and be a part of the team that needs me
