Playing collegiate football has been on my mind since I was young. Once I learned what I could accomplish with hard work and determination it was set in stone for what I want to do. I know that playing college football is a big challenge, but I know what I want and I will always work for it. I'm a natural-born leader with good humor and a strong will to be the best.
I am continually trying to better myself as well as everyone around me. I lead by example so it challenges others to be their best as well. All of my past coaches have said I'm a very coachable athlete with a strong desire to outwork the person next to me.
Now to put the student in student-athlete. I have maintained a solid 4.0 GPA throughout my high school career. I am very involved with sports and clubs in everyday life. I am also learning Spanish on top of all this as one of my goals is to become fluent. I would like to someday venture down to Mexico and help the Hispanic community.
I am very determined to go play college football and to demonstrate to myself and to others what I can do. I want to be tested to my limits every day through both football and academics. Becoming a role model to the youth in my community is very important for me and it would also make my family proud.
