This season was my first with varsity experience and I think it really did a lot to help me grow as a player. I learned how to watch film and breakdown the game and take mental reps. I also improved on the field greatly and figured out how to dig deep and empty the tank on every play. My parents are huge supporters and my dad is the one who taught me how to push myself, especially with his favorite line "a little pain never hurt anybody".
Academically I learned the same thing about my study skills. My GPA is currently a 2.9, but I've dedicated myself to get better grades as it will also help prepare me for a college classroom.
