My dad played high school football and from the time I was little we would always watch football on television and attending the games in our local community. I learned from an early age all about the game. My brother also played high school football and I never missed a game. I started playing football at the age of thirteen (13).
From the first time I stepped on the field I knew I wanted to play football for as long as I could and go as far as the game would take me. Throughout the years, I have worked hard to improve my skills. I have always had the utmost respect for my coaches and have welcomed any constructive criticism I have received. I used their advice to work on any areas they felt I needed to improve upon. I have spent, and continue to spend, countless hours working on my footwork and throwing and catching the football with my dad.
As I mentioned above, I knew I wanted to work as hard as I could to achieve my dream of playing football at the collegiate level. My goal is to study Sports Medicine, Exercise Science and/or Coaching. On the field, I will strive to be a dynamic player and a positive influence on my team. Most importantly, I will give my all each and every day to my team, my coaches and my school. I will conduct myself with respect and honor on and off of the field. I know that how I choose to react to things and the way I carry myself reflects upon my team, my coaches, my school and my parents.
