I have been playing soccer and football since I was 5 years old. When I joined my middle school football team I started to realize my ability to kick field goals. As I progressed into high school I joined the varsity team as a sophomore, and I loved every bit of it. I realized that I am a part of a brotherhood, and I have to trust the people around me. I think that my physical strength and my work ethic are my strongest assets. I am also very coachable, and help my teammates to be successful as well. I make sure to get a workout in at the gym every day in order to keep my body fit, as well as get stronger. In my most recent season (22-23) with the help of my teammates and family I was awarded Special Teams MVP and All-District 2nd team kicker.
In the classroom, I study hard in order to maintain a high GPA. It is very important to me that I have success in my academic and extracurricular activities. In the Fall of 2022, I was awarded academic all-district. I also volunteer at O'Henry Middle School on Saturdays to help assist with the Austin Japanese School.
In college, I would like to major in either Biology or Pre-med and I believe that my current habits will help me be successful on the field as well as in the classroom.
