Jackie Bruer III '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a very good guy. I am very teachable and very open to constructive criticism. I work hard and want nothing more than to play on the college level. I'm 6"3 and I run a 5.6 40. I am very strong, have good footwork, and I love to pull. I wasn't a captain on my team but my teammates look up to me for leadership. I was Second Team All-Conference and All-State Honorable Mention this past season playing offensive guard (2010-11). I can play all positions on the offensive line except center. I am a home-grown player, but I am open to other areas of the nation. I admire programs such as West Virginia University and Miami University. I like to experience new places and new people. I believe I could play as a freshman on any college level. I started as a freshman on Varsity as right tackle. I also started this past season at tight side guard and middle linebacker. I can offer a team a vocal leader, hard worker, and a motivated player because I want nothing more than to win every time I step on the football field. I am unsure of what I would like to study, but I am considering my options. I also understand what it takes to succeed and that winning doesn't just start on game day but it starts in the off season, practice, and the film room. I just want to play football and get a quality education.
