My goal is to play basketball at a higher level because I love to compete. I understand the work and commitment that must be put into being a student athlete, and I am willing to be a team player. Even though I come from a non-competitive school when it comes to sports, I always practice either by myself or with my friends. Instead, my high school focuses heavily on academics and music, which I have learned to adapt in the rigorous academic curriculum they put us through while still being able to play the game I love. I enjoy communicating with others, and I am a good listener that can get along with any coach. I am the 1st generation in America for my family because my parents immigrated to the US from the Middle East. Therefore, AAU and basketball camps were not that known to me. However, I work really hard individually and play consistently. I am a best fit on any team because of my character traits and my qualities. Overall, I want to compete in the next level.

- During my 11th grade year, I have started doing more weight lifting and taking it more seriously. It consists of push, pull, and legs ; I try to hit each of these categories at least once every week. I focus more on muscle building as an athlete instead of as a body builder so I can jump high and run faster.
- Plyometric Training

- Every since my sophomore year of high school, I have been following a plyometric program from an online coach. I do it 2-3 times a week, and it consists of box jumps, depth jumps, max-effort sprints, trap bar work, etc.
- Basketball Training

- I have been consistently training by myself or with friends on my game. My training consists of ball handling, finishing around the rim, and shooting mid-range. I have been trying to add to my bag with a step-back shot and 3 point consistent shot.
