Personal Statement
My collegiate aspirations are to become a starter for a college football or basketball team. I desire to be a contributor and a leader on the team and on campus. I would be a good candidate because I am coachable as well and I take direction without hesitation. I am open to new learning and have grown as a result of this mindset. In characteristics, I come from a small town where we are raised to respect our elders and use our manners at all times no matter what the situation is, this transcends into my interactions with others. I also have been involved in numerous activities where I have acquired a good work ethic. It is a natural thing for me to step in and volunteer or step up and help others. Academics are important to me and I know that my grit and determination in the classroom transfers to all that I do. have high work ethics, show up to class every day and effort in my classes. Without a solid education, the work on the court or the field cannot stand alone. I am a multi-sport, varsity player, a fast athlete that has many skills and much potential, I am versatile, adaptable, and I value my team and embrace differences.
