Logan Eatherton '16 Recruiting Profile

My goal from the 8th grade has been to play basketball at the Division 1 level. All my basketball career I have played with a chip on my shoulder.  My freshman year I played for the frosh team and worked hard that year and played the last 3 games on the JV squad. I moved to Colorado and over that summer worked hard and as a sophomore I made my way to being the sixth man for our Varsity squad which included a Division 1 big man and a Division 2 guard. I may not be the most athletic guard you'll ever see, but I guarantee I'll be the hardest working.  Always focused on winning, including all of my teammates is the only way we can consistently achieve that goal!

Being a leader means leading through your actions and not telling everyone you are the leader.  You have to earn the respect from your team by being the hardest working, most confident, and most humble all at the same time.

School is and always will by my first priority. Getting my school work done quickly and correctly happens before I go to the gym. The difference between myself and other recruits is if you have a gym I'll be there working. Although I've played other sports in school, the last 4 years I have dedicated myself to only one competitive sport and basketball is it.

I have had several coaches from middle school through AAU and high school tell me they appreciate and admire my leadership, work ethic, and selflessness on and off the court.  I live it everyday, like my favorite clothing brands says, "Ball is Life".
