Personal Statement

As long as I can remember softball has been a major part of my life. I learned that the only thing you can control is effort and attitude. I think of how that has helped me through the years and all the time I have spent with my dad in our back yard learning how to pitch, catch, and hit. I have learned how to be a part of a team, as well as better my own skills. Not only have I been working hard at softball but also in school as well.  I currently have a 4.0 GPA, I am involved in my school National Honor Society, and I have been an Honor Roll student every semester of high school. I am also involved Track, SART, Show Choir, and Student council. I am also VP of my class.

I have been a first team all conference player for three years. I have started on varsity as a pitcher, hitter, and 1st baseman for three years. I am also so excited to be playing for the Triple Crown Stars again this season. I continue to work on my effort an attitude in every aspect of my life to reach my goals. I am a great teammate and leader and would love to continue playing softball while continuing my education.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
