I am a senior at Salisbury School, CT and am very interested in the prospect of playing basketball in college.
I am a 6’3” 190lb SG/Wing, and still growing (my Dad is 6’5” 230lbs). For San Francisco Waldorf High School in 2012-13 I averaged 23ppg, along with 6 assists and 12 rebounds/game, with a field goal % of 56. I can shoot the three, midrange jumper, and play inside. I was first team All League in the Bay Counties League Central, and runner up for league MVP.
I was saw limited play in 2013-14 for Salisbury School due mostly to injuries during the season.
I have played AAU ball on the Bay Area Warriors for Coach Randy Bessolo, IMG Academy’s AAU team , and San Francisco Olympic Club's Elite 9th/10th teams.
I made the Honor Roll in my first trimester (Fall 2013) at Salisbury. I have a 3.05 (unweighted) GPA, at both schools, each of which has a very challenging college prep school curriculum. For example, I took Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Earth Science in 9th-11th grades. I scored a 27 composite (28 super scored) on the ACT (33 in reading).
I would love to play basketball at a great school that can prepare me academically and physically to achieve my highest potential.
My basketball references include Jeff Ruskin, my current coach for Salisbury School, Randy Bessolo, my AAU coach with the Bay Area Warriors, Matt Harris, my coach on the Mission City Maulers AAU team, and Gus Arnold, my former HS coach.
I would be happy to speak any coach about the prospect of visiting his college or university in the winter or spring of 2014.
