My name is Marc Emile Jr. and I am a 6'3 combo guard/ wing player. I am originally from Brooklyn, New York but I attended Conard High School in West Hartford, Connecticut where I played three years of varsity basketball.
I currently attend Central Connecticut State University where I am not playing competitively. I have committed myself 100% to my studies but my heart yearns to be back on the hardwood. There isn't a thing in the world I wouldn't give to go back out on the court with a group of people I can call family.
I am an extremely hard worker on and off the court, never settling for less and always trying to exceed my expectations and the expectations others have set for me. I play for my mother and father who have sacrificed to allow me to pursue my career and chase my dream. If I didn't continue to pursue my dreams it wouldnt only be disrespectful to myself but to everything they have done for me.
Growing up I was raised on the concept "Family first" but I realized that family isn't only blood. Basketball allowed me to realize that I can find family in the man on my right and left that are giving 110% effort for me and I will do the same for them. When someone is willing to put everything they have out there for you that is a true bond and that is true family.
I am ready and willing to go into any situation and earn my spot along with every second of playing time. Hardwork and grind is nothing new to me, these are concept I have learned to embrace over the years if I truly ever want to be great.
Thank you for the opportunity and hopefully I will be on your roster next season!
