Personal Statement
My Name is Jean-Marc Amovin and I am a 6’3-195 pound basketball player at senn high school in Chicago, Illinois I'm from the country Togo in Africa.I'm reaching out to you today because I am interested in playing college basketball It has been a dream of mine since I was young. I have been playing basketball since I was in 2nd grade so I have a lot of experience playing. I've been getting better each and every year. My recruitment has not been the best because of my 17U AAU season being taken away so I just wanted to reach out to let you know I'm interested in playing. I'm a Junior in Highschool and this year is when i really have to dig deep into my college search and I feel that your school will give the best chance to do that since it’s local its not 10 states away it close the way my family wants it and it will give me the best opportunity to focus on the great academics you have and focus on basketball at a high level. Im very dedicated to being in the gym 24/7 Im a student athlete meaning the student comes first some academics mean a lot.
