Thank you coaches for viewing my profile! My name is Andre Klaver.
There are many goals that I have set for myself throughout high school - personally, academically, and athletically. I have achieved each goal by putting in the hard work that is required to be successful, and I intend to continue this in college as well. I look forward to my future after high school, where I will learn and improve on and off the court, become independent, and receive the education I desire in order to become a successful businessperson.
I currently have a 3.3 GPA. I completed the first semester of my junior year with a 4.0 and have been taking advanced placement classes since 8th grade. My senior year will includes a full class load as well as an internship with a local attorney.
I am a self-starter who pushes myself to the limit with each goal that I set, and I feel my stick-to-itiveness separates me from others. I was awarded 1st team All-Conference and recognized as the Region Player of the Year after countless early-morning and late-night workouts. My leadership abilities and my vocalness are apparent in each game that I play. Some people have described me as an extension of my coach on the floor. The grit that I play with on the defensive end would remind you of Marcus Smart. I guard the best defender tenaciously until the final buzzer. Offensively, I exemplify the point guard role by getting my team into our offense, creating opportunities for my teammates, recognizing breakdowns, and scoring my own points.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss further with you.
Thank you for your time.
