I have been involved in winning All-Stars and AAU tournaments plus being the leader of some of the teams that I was on. I feel like my biggest achievement was the summer of 2016 when I trained with trainer Phil Terry to get in better shape. I started that summer weighing 220lbs and now weigh 165lbs which made me quicker and help my stamina plus put on muscle at the same time.That summer has proven to me that hard work does pay off. I plan to continue it during high school and to your program when the time comes.
This summer I'm continuing with my training to improve my strength and conditioning plus going to camps to learn new ways to improve my game.
