As a high school student athlete, one of my goals is to play basketball on a collegiate level while maintaining an A/B 3.0 to 3.5 GPA. While I am in college, I would like to be a part of something that makes a difference in the community by helping others. I plan to join clubs along with playing and training for basketball. This basketball season in high school, I was an active factor in helping my team become Regional Champions. I received All County honorable mention. I have a high basketball IQ and I am very coachable. I am also an defensive stopper and a great shooter. I am an asset to whatever team I play for through my playing skills, leadership, teamwork and positive attitude. Right now I have an average of 16 points per game and 5 steals per game.
I strive to become better in all that I do. My academics is important to me so I make sure that I am prioritizing my time to get my work done. If I need help, I make sure that I ask for help, which is something I used to struggle with in the past. I am honest and integrity matters to me. I am a hard worker and dedicated to my responsibilities as an athlete, like training, practice, conditioning, attendance, and academics.
