Hello, my name is Michael Dornoff and my goal is to play at the high level of basketball. I not only work hard and stay displined on the court but i also work hard in the classroom averaging a 3.75 GPA throughout my highschool career. - Mainly train in my driveway, the Macomb Rec center, All-star sports complex, or at Oakland field house

- started training seriusly when i was about 13 years old. I try to get up at least 300 shots up a day and try to do full body lifts 3 times a week, including plyometrics, isometrics, and recovery workouts swell.
