Personal Statement
As soon as I started playing, basketball became my passion. It is what I love to do, and I always love a chance to get on the court.
Off and on the court, I can contribute to a program and team. I always have a positive attitude and maintain my composure even in tough situations. I have always maintained a high GPA, and consider academics a priority. I consider these my greatest strengths.
On the court, I am an unselfish team player and a relentless rebounder. I never give up on a play, and I take smart shots. I create second chance opportunities for myself and teammates. If there is an open teammate I will pass, but if I have a better shot I will take it. I am always doing the small things that may not appear in a stat sheet but make a difference in the game. I want to play basketball at the next level and I think my contributions on and off the court make me a unique and valuable asset to a college program.
